Conduction for tomorrow

With the project “CONDUCTING FOR TOMORROW”, JUGEND DIRIGIERT is taking its first step beyond the borders of Berlin-Brandenburg to also involve schools in Baden-Württemberg and North Rhine-Westphalia in our project.

The program is specifically aimed at students preparing for exams and graduation—personal challenges and a pivotal moments in shaping their futures.

Herztöne

“Herztöne” is an initiative by “JUGEND DIRIGIERT” and the Berlin Capital Symphony Orchestra, which offers children with special needs the opportunity to gain musical experience with professional musicians.

The free musical support is aimed at disadvantaged, handicapped, chronically ill or traumatized children.

MUSIC INSPIRES COURAGE

Under this motto, “Jugend dirigiert” is committed to fighting anti-Semitism and promoting inclusion:

We consciously let young people feel their self-efficacy through the basics of conducting, and this is exactly what weakens hostile positions in the long term through a shared experience of success:

The non-verbal communication of conducting opens up opposing parties to each other emotionally.
